Das Haus und die Lage war an sich schon klasse, zum Gassi gehen war es auch top und auch für Gehbehinderte war das Wohnen im EG ohne Probleme. Schöner Aussenbereich mit Grill und Saunafass
Die Reinigungskosten waren ziemlich hoch und vor recht unklar was an Kosten noch dazu kommt.
Der Strand war schon ein ganzes Stück weg, obwohl der See nicht so groß ist.

Schönes neuwertiges Wohnzimmer mit großem Tisch zum Spielen und Speisen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Matratzen waren gut, die Möbel in den Zimmern sind, genau wie der Grill etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Im Großen und Ganzen ist jedoch alles so wie beschrieben. Uns hätten zwei Liegen und etwas bessere Stuhlauflagen für den Außenbereich gefreut.

Despite the mentioned above things, it's a good place to stay, enough space for 2 families. Barbeque is available.
Managers are not friendly and don't speak any other language than German. You have to pay for WiFi access to the Internet. The price for cleaning is high as well.

The property owner wrote a very friendly email at the beginning including all the details. This set the expectations very high, which was not met by the people who meet the guests
The property and area around is not very exciting but one can relax there well and get away from the city life. It is very silent, one can sleep quite well there.
The house is quite comfortable for 8 people. The rooms are small but well sepparated and there is a bad/wc on each floor.
One can sit outside to have dinner and enjoy nature
Very unfriendly people responsible for the property
The house/ equipment and the area itself with the nearby hotel look dated
