Very clean house, beautiful garden with a lot of sitting areas.
Wi-Fi speed and connection is pretty bad - most of the time it just doesn't load anything.

The yard is really a good place- a lot of amenities to spend your time there- barbecue, two sitting areas. Also the girl that was communicating with us was soooo nice and tried to help us as soon as possible. They accept dogs and this is a great, very few places do that in the region. Nature is really good and you feel secluded there. Sea is 10-15 minutes away. Rooms we spacious enough and you feel ok. Beds were comfortable and we slept well. They provided cot for the kid.
Actually we had great time there. But there are some things that can be improved.
Facilities are old. Oven and dishwasher ( terrible) were so broken. Owners installed a new oven on the second day. Door of the bathroom was really hard to unlock, worried you may stay locked inside. The shower is 1.50m high and you cant wash your head. The main table in the living room was shaking when you rest your arms on it- had the feeling it was going to fall. Hot water is mainly warmed by the sun and if it cloudy it is hard to have hot water. Later they told us how to switch on electric heating of the water. The rooms are gloomy- we had only one little bulb in the room. In the bathroom- too. Another unpleasant thing is you should get to the second floor by a really tight spiral
staircase, which was awful for carrying the suitcases or for the kid.
The villa is just under the highway, not as shown on google. But it wasn’t that noisy, actually we didn’t have problem with the noise.
They should take care for the fence behind the swing, because it is possible for a kid to fall behind it.
Overall, they try to make profit with the least money spent on the house.

The house is spacious and well equipped with everything you need: 2 air conditioning (1 down stairs and 1 upstairs). The kitchen is equipped with a water heater, sandwich maker, a big and good refrigerator and crockery. The garden outside is well maintained and spacious. You can use the barbecue outside, this is really a help if you want to cook some fresh fish. There are 2 tables outside where you can relax and eat. But the thing that I liked the most is the communication with Rafaela (who is not the owner) who really answered all of my questions and gave us some information that were very valuable for our holiday !
The owner lives in the basement and this is a thing to mention in the booking ad (even though they are really nice and you do not interfere to much with them), some times you might feel "supervised". All in all the kitchen has a "rusty" appearance, the washing machine is old and we did not tried to used it. They do not provide coffee capsules, garbage bags and salt/pepper, oil or vinegar or charcoal for grilling, but this might be in the Greek culture. Also the towels are provided (1 small and 1 medium) but in a week we expected to change them at least 1 time.
