Very nice location, close to the beach and markets. Very clean. Spacy, ideal for crowded groups.
The inside pool is not heated (there was no indication that it was, but we were just hoping it would be)
The two downstairs rooms smelled faintly of chlorine, because of the pool.

Vila Luminos is peace of paradise ! Perfect location, close to the beach , close to Main Street and Masutis. Villa it self is wonderful , two seeing pools, magnificent view from veranda and terrace.

Villa is great! Very spacious, clean and with beautiful views towards the sea. Perfect location, just a short walk to the beach. Grocery store was a minute away. Outside space is perfect for entertainment and to enjoy the summer nights.

It was very well equipped, great facilities and the location was so close to the beach and direct routes to Kavala and Nea Peramos. It was also a short way to the routes to Philipi, Alistrati Cave, and Xanthi, which we visited after a swim in the pool in the morning, with a swim in the sea after we returned from our exploring. Plenty of room for the 8 of us.
The bottom level doesn't have air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms and it was noisy from the indoor pool if the door was kept open at night to stay cool. A fan would have been useful.
