Emplacement parfait à Paramé, belles ballades possibles de la ville close à Rotheneuf depuis l'établissement.
Confort optimal , au calme , parking sécurisé.
Accueil très sympathique et chaleureux.
Petit déjeuner copieux et particulièrement bon avec produits locaux.

Tout était parfait la beauté de l’endroit, la propreté , l’accueil des propriétaires et le petit plus est incontestablement le petit déjeuner maison 😉

I like the idea of making people feel more "eco-responsible". It is quiet, clean, the location is convenient. Nice selection of tea in the room. The breakfast is of good quality.
In general, the price seems a bit high for what it is. Some tax was not included in the price. This wasn't very clear during the booking process. It was just a few cents but it felt a bit over the top to be asked to pay this upon checkout, considering the overall price. I have also not faced this situation in any other accommodation.
The breakfast was sufficient but a second helping of any of the breakfast items was also not even offered. I would have preferred to have a non-sweet option like cheese, tomato, or maybe an egg, but everything was sweet.
