About this cottage rental
Frogimore is a truly delightful 2 bedroom cottage located in the waterside village of Newton Ferrers.
A stone’s throw from the river, newly refurbished and sleeping up to 4, this quaint cottage is the perfect spot to take time to rest, recuperate and have fun on the water!
The owners have really thought carefully about the refurbishment of Frogimore and the result is a truly delightful, beautifully furnished cottage; a wonderful place to spend a relaxing break in the heart of the South Hams
Enter directly into the lounge, furnished with plump sofas and Smart tv, books and games all serving to make it a snug and relaxing space to curl up with a good book or film.
Up a couple of steps into the brand new kitchen diner. Fully fitted with all mod cons including nespresso coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer with a dining table seating for 4 complete the look. The back door gives access to a side path leading around the cottage to the front.
Upstairs are 2 double bedrooms and a luxury shower room. The master bedroom is front facing with views to the river. Furnished with a king size bed, this light and airy room is so delightful you might want to spend a few extra hours relaxing every morning before starting the day.
Bedroom two houses a double bed and fitted cupboards.
The family shower room is fully tiled and has a luxury waterfall shower.
There is no allocated parking for Frogimore. On street Parking is available up the road, by the church. There are 4 spaces opposite the cottage but these have a time limit.

Close to The Dolphin Pub, that serves delicious home made food, you may not end up using the kitchen facilities much.

Sweet cottage, right on road but very quiet as not much passing traffic. No outside space but yuu can take your tea/coffee to the waters edge
