The views were incredible, and the rooms were very comfortable. Gippy made the experience, he treated us like family from the moment we arrived and was always available to help. When our airline lost our luggage, he stepped in, helped expedite its delivery, and even communicated with the driver in Italian so we didn’t have to worry. The location was also excellent, close to several great restaurants and with far fewer stairs than most places in Positano.

The owner, Gippy was amazing. He is a charm, he is the reason why this place is rated high. Property is CLEAN, with nice breakfast to start the day. He is very helpful & very responsive. Great deal for the money

Staff is the best part of the hotel. I enjoyed looking over the balcony at the view and having coffee and fruit in the morning.
There is a lot of room for improvement in terms of paint, furnishings, the shower, etc.
I think that if a designer came in and re-decorated it, it would be incredible.
Not a fan of guests smoking, I'm allergic and have asthma, and as we are dealing with a pandemic that affects the respiratory system. I realize that it's common for Italians as well as other Europeans to smoke but think there should be even more sensitivity to people's health. I didn't enjoy breathing in people's smoke during breakfast. I think that if you are going to smoke then you should do so outside of the hotel and not in common areas.
