About this apartment rental
Our apartment on the first floor in Dresden-Pieschen is completely renovated and is looking forward to welcoming guests who want to enjoy the special atmosphere in the listed city villa "Oscar".
The interior of the villa meets high standards. The preparation of the facade and the outer area of the house are planned with the monument protection.
The apartment has a size of 75 square meters and has two separate bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a walk-through room, a luxurious large bathroom with shower, bathtub and underfloor heating, a separate spacious kitchen and the living-bay room with HD TV, DVD, stereo and Internet and a stove. Free parking is available in the enclosed courtyard.
Here is also a rain-proof shelter with a nice bench, which is also to use for smokers.
Opposite the house there are 2 tram stops, which provide around the clock trips to the center. You also have all the relevant shopping opportunities such as Rewe, Aldi, Metzkerei and bakeries visa vis. The house is about 200m from the Elbe, along with Elbradweg and the ball and brewhouse "Watzke", with its special beer garden and the unique view of the old town. Likewise, there are various other restaurants and beer gardens, located directly on the Elbe. And all in a radius of about 1 KM.

On the ground floor is a small animal welfare association, only cats in the closed apartment.

We loved the large windows and high ceilings. The kitchen was perfect and the bathroom was very clean and large. We used the tram to get around and it was so convenient to have the stop right outside the door. At first we were worried about the night club across the street, but there was no noise. One thing I forgot as a North American is that the first floor is above the ground floor, so the stairs were a surprise for my mom who uses a cane due to arthritis. She did great, though, and the comfy living room made up for any issue with the stairs. We would definitely recommend this place if you don’t mind being a 10 minute tram ride away from the city centre.

Beautiful place. Lots of room for four people. Two different teams take you directly to the city centre.
