If you’re planning on visiting the Christmas Markets, this is the place to stay. Best location ever! Spacious and tastefully decorated rooms. Hotel staff was extremely kind and accommodating. Highly recommend

The receptionist could not find my booking. She mentioned that the bookings sometimes gets lost if I book on Agoda. I was lucky to have a room available although it was not with the King bed I had originally booked. Would be good to email them to check if they have your booking ahead of your arrival just in case.
