Adequate location and amenities. Host very helpful and welcoming. Apartment could use some deep cleaning and general maintenance. Overall a positive experience, just my adult son and I stayed. Easy access to #13 tram to main station.

This apartment is a no frills place to stay in Zurich, with reasonably convenient access to downtown and ETH. The check-in time (5 pm) is inconvenient, but manageable. Unfortunately even at 5 on the day of our arrival, the place still wasn't quite ready, but Geoffray did apologize for this. The building has laundry facilities, but it is a sign-up system and we never ended up using it. Our favorite thing to do while staying here was to walk down to the river for a swim. I recommend this place for a budget-friendly stay in Zurich.

My family and I enjoyed Zurich and Jeff's apartment was the perfect location. It's maybe a mile away from a cute restaurant called Grunewald, which I would recommend. Perfect for families with small kids with a playground next door. An opportunity to hike too. Getting to Zurich by car was easy. Parking was easy. Jeff made check in easy and set up a blowup mattress for the kids as well. Thank you.
