The cleanliness of the room and friendliness of staff. Very welcoming. The proximity to the town city was good and a great place for quite a few walking trails right across from the accommodation.

its location was good
The staff were not so pleasant . On arrival , they were even reluctant to help with my bigger suitcase . I went for my breakfast and forgot my tripod camera click and they denied seeing it . I insisted to check the dustbin . They allowed me wear gloves dressed for a wedding to check the bins and when I persistently continued searching the the dustbin the lady suddenly went to where she hid it and brought the camera click … I had my taxi waiting for me for up to 30 minutes while I searched in distress and she watched me . Note that I travelled from Newcastle to Cornwall for that wedding only to look distressed and disorganised that morning . They can do better
