The rooms were lovely as too were the staff. However, the pool was overcrowded with families throwing balls and the water was really cold. The car park was full and no alternative was offered. Apparently these could have been pre booked, but that wasn't made clear. The hotel was very busy when we stayed and you could here other guests through the walls.

Do not be fooled into buying the Best room for *** a night. The hotel, staff and facilities do not reflect a 4 star hotel and they should not be allowed to advertise this. It is extremely expensive. We were missold a room for 2 adults and a todler. Breakfast is 2 star at best, we had to seat ourselves, locate cutlery an high chair an then got told off for doing so. Most of the staff are slow, rude an lazy as the guests are too much trouble. Really disappointing experience. If we paid *** a night we wouldn't have has such a bad time. Please improve or reduce your prices as this is not fair on the paying customer.

I booked a family room for my family of 4 at this resort through Agoda. However the room assigned was a basement room with a double bed and a bunk bed. Although the room was big enough, the room was damp and musty because it was located at the basement. It was a hot summer day and the room had no air-conditioning. The windows faced and opened to the gutters of the road (see photos), and had to be opened because of the sweltering heat and stuffiness. The dirt and dust and leaves of the road kept flying into our room. It was disgusting and unacceptable. It was not a healthy place to be inhabited. Furthermore the single fan they gave us for the room was pathetically tiny that produces hardly any wind! We insisted on a change of rooms; and 2 double rooms were assigned but we were charged an extra GBP136, instead of a complimentary change due to the poor condition of the original room! Extremely unhappy…!
I have booked this room for our holiday way in advance, and not sure if the disadvantage faced was because we did not book directly through the hotel.
