Le confort et la propreté de l'appartement , rien à dire, tout était super et appartement très spacieux
l'odeur dans le grand hall d'entrée au rez de chaussée, il faudra probablement une petite rénovation et de fraîcheur. ascenseur un peu étroit mais bon ca fait l'affaire qd même!

Appartement très agréable. Belle surface, grand salon bien meublé, cuisine bien équipée, chambre spacieuse, salle de bain propre et fonctionnelle. Situé dans Intra Muros proche de la rue commerçante.
Géré par une agence, nous n’avons vu personne à l’arrivée, clé à aller chercher près de la gare dans un casier. Pas de parking privé donc il faut se garer assez loin, pas pratique pour décharger les affaires. La chambre donne juste au dessus d’un bar qui ouvre jusqu’à 2h du matin donc assez bruyant certains soirs.

L'emplacement est très bien, l'appartement a été refait il n'y a pas très longtemps, il est calme, lumineux, propre, grand, bien agencé. L'ascenseur est un plus non négligeable.
J'étais déçu de devoir passer a l'agence a 16h pour récupérer les clés je trouve cela légèrement tard surtout qu'il est compliqué de se garer devant l'agence. Au niveau du linge de lit, nous pensons que les draps et surtout les taies d'oreillers devraient être installés avant l'arrivée des clients car visiblement des locataires ne les installent pas et les oreillers sont sales.
