Extremely welcoming and helpful with parking tips. The situation of the hotel was perfect. Very close to the Citadelle, which we walked up to. The central city of Besancon was easy to get around on foot.
We elected not to have breakfast in the hotel, as it was below ground.

The quality of the room was fine and the bed was very comfortable. The service was always of a high standard. The breakfast was excellent. We used the parking facility at the hotel, which was appreciated. The location of the hotel was very convenient for access to the citadel and the old town.
The quality of coffee in the breakfast was poor.

The room was great! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I also appreciated having a parking space. The location in the city center of Besançon is perfect.
The parking space was a bit small, but it was very convenient to have one. Overall, everything was perfect. I really appreciated the comfort, the cleanliness, and the overall quality of the stay.
