Caravan was spotlessly clean. The addition of tea coffee milk wash up liquid etc very handy.
Beds very comfortable. Everything in the van looked brand new. So quiet. Will definitely be booking a return with friends and family. Beach was a stones throw and so nice.

Wonderfully quiet location just a few steps from the beach and the Norfolk coastal footpath. Went to sleep with the gentle sound of waves each night. Will come again.

It was a lovely place and the property was, aside from the view issues a great size. We would stay again as it was an adventure!

perfect for a relaxing weekend, for food we went to the waitrose which wasn’t far about 15 mins in the car and there was a bar/ cafe and fish and chips 20 mins down the beach.
the local premier shop had all we needed, really nice place to sit on the beach
