Cromer is only a 10 minute drive away and offers shops, restaurants, pier with theatre, pubs, supermarket, museums, cinema, amusements, train and bus station.

• The second bedroom has 2 singles that can be pushed together for a double
• The bathroom has a full size WALK IN SHOWER, wash basin and toilet
• Lovely Site with Clubhouse/Games room/Swimming pool/Restaurant/Shop.
• Sea Views
• Perfect location for coastal walks, bird watching, golf, fishing or a relaxing or family break.
• 6 Berth 2 bedroom Caravan .. ( 1 x double, 2 x single and dining area converts to double)
• Own Parking space outside
• 10 mins from beach walking.
• Hire price includes 1 gas bottle and 100Units (kw) of electricity which is much more than enough for clement weather.
• Duvets/pillows are provided but NOT bed linen or towels / Tea towels.
• There is club house and bar onsite which offers meals all day and some form of entertainment most nights though main night is Saturday.
• There is a laundrette and a small site shop for all the basic groceries.
• There is also an Adults swimming pool and a child’s swimming pool next to club house and only yards from the caravan.

Easy booking, great communication from the owners. The site has minimal things to do but was a lovely quiet site, clean and easy to access. Caravan itself was ideal for what we wanted, nice big living space and beds were comfy.

If, like us, you want a break on a budget then this caravan is perfectly acceptable. There is everything you could need - although we had to wash all the crockery & utensils we needed before we used them. It looked like some items had just been rinsed & put in the cupboard wet. The beds were comfortable but we were only provided with single duvets which was a problem with a double duvet cover. We had two issues with our stay. The first was arriving at the park. We had been instructed by the owner to go to reception, ask for the barrier to be raised, then go to the van to collect the key. I went into the office where my polite request was met with a flat 'no'. I explained that I was following the owner's instructions but was told the owner's knew better & the barrier would not be opened for me. I appreciate that we were renting privately not through the park but a little consideration could have been shown - I certainly wouldn't want to rent from the site owners if that's how they treat their guests. The second problem we had was with the shower. It's impossible to get a flow of hot water. The best way to stay warm is to have the hot water on a trickle but even then you get hot water for no more than a minute or so before it runs cold. We weren't lucky with the weather it was windy, wet & cold so we really missed having a proper hot shower to warm up.
The van is in a lovely spot & we'd really love to visit again. We guess the views would be amazing if you could see them on a clear day.
