KIRA Beach House is a truly stunning holiday venue - it's situated overlooking Hove Lagoon and just 150m to the beach.

This large roomy, luxury garden apartment sleeps 4 guests and has two bedrooms. Perfect for couples or families. KIRA has 1 superior king bedroom (with it’s own small pretty courtyard), a lower ground bedroom with 2 single beds and a beautiful private garden for your use.

The Bathroom has a tub and shower and feels like a high end hotel. KIRA’s gorgeous kitchen has been newly installed with everything you could possibly need and of course you will have sole use of the beautiful landscaped garden to enjoy after a day at the beach.

KIRA boasts all the gadgets you need to keep everyone entertained including SkyTV, Netflix, Amazon Echo Dot, and fast Wifi.

At KIRA you will have the beach on your doorstep as well as Hove Lagoon, where there are many water activities you can immerse yourself in. For small children there is an amazing play area plus paddling pool and in summer there is a small fairground and pedalos you can hire out.

KIRA is located in the most perfect spot in Hove, close enough to walk to Brighton (1.5 miles), or a 5 minute stroll to Church Street for some of the best restaurants and pubs.

We can also boast one of the best bar/dining experiences in the UK with the newly opened Rockwater Hove, where you can dine or grab a drink overlooking the sea.

Also, very close to Wish Park where you can hop on a bus to go into Town (these come every 2 to 3 mins), or you can catch the Coastliner bus (stop is 30 metres away), to go into town or go west to Littlehampton (every 10mins). A taxi will cost approx £8 into town and take 5-10 mins. You can explore the famous Brighton Lanes and Pavilion, we would recommend a look inside this fabulous building.

You have the South Downs 10-15 mins away if you fancy a walk in the countryside. If culture is your thing, the historic town of Lewes is 10 miles away, where you can visit Lewes Castle and the remains of the Lewes Priory. The beautiful Arundel Castle and gardens is half an hour's drive. In fact there are plenty of options for day trips from this perfect holiday home.

Things to note : We are on hand if you need us, as we live in the maisonette above the garden flat, but we totally respect your privacy and you will remain undisturbed. If you need help or advise please and don't hesitate to ask.

Other things to note
Parking is on street, we will provide passes for the nights you are staying at no extra charge. The best streets to park on are Wish Road and Glendor Road, as close to the beach you can get. The parking permit will run out at 10am, so if if you require a later checkout of 11am, you will need to to park opposite Kira, pay and display for £1.20 p.h.

If you have large bags you can pull up outside and drop off your luggage.
