Very quiet location. Close to station, easy to find. Pretty private. Has all the amenities you need. The rooms and bathrooms are a little outdated but you can’t blame them for remodeling the best they can without ruining the integrity of the historical architecture you find all around Firenze. Staff was informative and helpful. Cleaning was done while out the room. If you have breakfast included it’s actually pretty decent and filing. Very close to mércate centrale and it’s open late which is great since you’ll be tired of walking everywhere all day. Comfortable stay and had access to AC which was convenient for me! Would recommend.

Hard for self check-in. The staff said that they can’t reach out to me to give the online check in information (but they have my email booking). I was stuck in front of the hotel for 1 hr. AC is leaking. However, the location is good, not far from train station and Duomo.
