A fantastic, quality apartment located on a first floor in the popular urbanisation of Bahia de la Plata in Estepona. This elegant family apartment, with its tasteful decoration, offers comfortable accommodation for four guests. The property has two large bedrooms equipped with spacious built-in wardrobes and central air conditioning. The master bedroom offers a comfortable, king size bed and also has an elegant en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a bath with over-head shower, double hand basin, WC and bidet, it is also equipped with underfloor heating (only available during the winter months). The second bedroom has two single beds and a modern en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, hand basin, WC and bidet. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and also has a small laundry room with a washing machine and mini fridge. The kitchen has a small breakfast bar for two with bar stools, which connects to the living-dining area. The spacious living room is very well presented and offers a dining area for up to six guests and a seating area with comfortable sofas and a flatscreen TV with a high speed fiber optic internet connection and international channels such as Sky. The lounge has direct access to the large south west facing balcony through the sliding doors. From here you have great views towards the inviting communal swimming pool and lovely gardens. The community features two large pools with separate children´s pool and direct access to a secluded beach and promenade.
