About this house rental
The cottage "le Relais d'Availles" welcomes you in a rural and relaxing setting between Tours and Poitiers,
20 km from the TGV station of Chatellerault and 10 km from the A10 motorway between Paris and Bordeaux.
This cottage is in the immediate vicinity of the castle of Availles dating from the XIV, XV and XVII centuries.
It has an enclosed garden of 800 square meters with outbuilding and benefit from access to the private woods of the castle.
The house area is around 250 square meters. On the ground floor, you can enjoy a suite of reception rooms including a living room, an
entrance and a large dining room overlooking the kitchen.
Upstairs, the bedrooms are distributed over two floors in 3 adult bedrooms with double bed for each, 2 children's bedrooms with 2 beds per room, and 1 baby room, all overlooking the garden.
You have two bathrooms, one at the first floor with bathtub, the other at the second floor with shower.
You have a TV room with DVD player, and Internet is available through the wifi. There is too a room with books and games.
In the garden, you have garden table, garden chairs and deckchairs, ping pong table and others games.
You can enjoy 5 hectares of private woods.

We enjoyed a tranquil 3 days at this beautifully restored property, situated in green and peaceful countryside. The house is spacious and comfortable, and we loved going for walks alongside forested streams next to the property. The house is well-located for sightseeing and exploring the region, with supermarkets a short drive away, and the charming local village of Usseau within walking distance.Although the pool was not ready for use (luckily it was too cold to swim), it will be lovely when it is finished. And be aware that you will need to pay on arrival for some services such as bed-making, towels and heating.Overall, a very relaxing stay in a magical place, with hospitable hosts.
