New guest house with view . Private driveway, private yard, safe and quite place to stay. secure property and safe.
Mid size kitchenrefrigerator, microwave, water, coffee, tea.
Flat screen TV, Netflix and watching pleasure. internet is not for international video use. Wifi speed can be increased at extra charge, please ask.
There is a living area, kitchen and large bathroom with washer and dryer.

550 square feet with private bathroom has slider barn door. Larger windows, front and back doors. Heat and air conditioning by mini split, designed for living area, full kitchen.
Queen sleigh style size bed.

You have a private driveway and two pathways with lights on 6 ft fence and pathways. Your own private deck with lovely view.
Other things to note
Checking in is best before dark as our private road, about quarter mile long is not lite. But your gps directions will get you right here. We have our address lite up at night for your convenience.
We are right off university Avenue which is a main road in Georgetown.

Brain and Bernice are two of the warmest people. We had a personal issue arise and they were as helpful as they could be. Felt like family. Bed was amazing and linens were buttery soft. It did not disappoint.

This getaway place was just what we needed. Privacy, security, cleanliness and its proximity to the Square at Georgetown made it just perfect. The hosts were awesome and we felt like we made some new friends! Thank you Bernice and Brian! We’ll be back!
