About this chalet rental
This home sits atop a large hill at 2,000 ft. elevation on 8 acres of land. The views are spectacular! This 3 bedroom and 2 full bathroom chalet can accommodate 6 guests comfortably. The staircase leads to a loft bedroom with two queen beds and a great view! There is a private primary bedroom on the first floor with a King bed. The third bedroom located on the bottom floor has a queen bed and a full, attached bathroom. There is also a twin futon sleeper and features a wood-burning stove. The fully stocked kitchen is open to the living area. Newly added 1,200 sf wraparound deck large enough for everyone to relax and enjoy the scenery. There is an outdoor charcoal park grill for grilling. Other features include large capacity washer and dryer, Keurig coffee maker, Wi-Fi internet and Satellite TV, flat screens are streamable, newly refurbished, plenty of parking, within minutes (6 miles) of the popular ski town Ellicottville, NY! Pet friendly! We only take reservations through the HomeAway site or its affiliates and do not accept cash or check.

This was the perfect location for a long weekend! Very quiet, private, and the VIEWS! It’s only an 11 minute drive to Ellicotville. I know Ellicotville is Ski Country, and this would be the perfect stay for you! But, the 70 degree weather in late summer early fall is gorgeous too! The porch and all the seating! This place had 5 beds and a futon that were all very cozy. Large TV in the living room and an even bigger one on the bottom floor so don’t forget the kiddos gaming systems! Kitchen has everything you would need. The charcoal grill was clean and cooked some very delicious steak! The hosts (Stephanie and Frank) were very responsive and had all the answers to any of our needs or questions. Highly recommend! Will definitely be back. Beautiful view and very spacious house. Perfect house and location to just sit back and relax. Location was so serene and quiet, it was the perfect location to decompress.Beds were comfortable, and house amenities supplied made stay seamless. Enough room for 8 people with 2 beds in loft and 2 beds downstairs, but we only stayed on main level because there was only 2 of us. Centrally located 1-2 hours away from Niagra Falls, Canada or Wakins Glen in the finger lakes. Nice dog park, the Sculpture park, Walmart , town shops , cafes, and breweries all within15-20 minutes.If you come for skiing, your in the right spot, with ski trails all around. The people in town are friendly and the Ellicotville Brewery allows dogs at their outdoor tables. Try their Blueberry beer. Niagra Falls Canada outside walkways and parks are also dog friendly- just bring proof of current rabies vaccination. Only negative was the placement of outside fire pit, which was only 5 feet away from tall meadow grass.I'd definitely recommend this house, and come back. The negative 1 point was minuscule compared to the positive.

We had a fantastic stay. The chalet has everything we needed and then some. Super easy check-in process and the owner is amazing. Nice open kitchen perfect for an active extended family.
