Régine & Alexandre welcome you to an authentic 19th century country house (former winegrowers' house formerly linked to a small wine estate), which they have carefully restored with style & taste, nestled peacefully on the edge of a small dead-end alley, in the heart of a peaceful, picturesque wine-growing village in the Hautes Côtes de Beaune steeped in history, founded in the 13th century by the Templars of the Hospitaller Order of Saint-Jean of Jerusalem. Nestled in the heart of the bucolic Cozanne valley, at the foot of three belvedere mountains, all culminating at more than 500m (including the Montagne des Trois Croix, a preserved area classified as a natural park offering an exceptional 360° panorama) , not far from the famous vineyards of Maranges & Couchois, this literal "postcard" town has a sublime hilly landscaped setting, surrounded by sumptuous vineyard slopes, meadows & wooded hills. Spacious gîte with very good comfort. Ultra complete quality equipment. Warm country style with contemporary accents enhanced by rich traces of the past (conservations of old stone walls, beams, fireplace mantle, etc.). Large, bright & soft bedroom nestled under the roof. Lots of charm & character. Cozy & cocooning atmosphere. Spacious exposed & shaded terrace. Pleasant private space reserved on the owners' garden side (carefully grassed, planted with flowers). Beautiful unobstructed view of the vineyards and the village.
