The staff were not friendly at all; even when you say hello, no one replies. When I arrived early, about an hour before check-in, I thought I could sit in the hotel’s cafeteria, but unfortunately, the chairs were turned upside down on the tables, and no one helped me to put one down. The coffee machine was out of order; it took my money, and I couldn’t get any coffee. They told me it wasn’t the hotel’s responsibility because the machine had a technical issue. When I entered the room, the bed sheets looked as if they had been chewed — the bed was not made nicely at all. The bathroom didn’t have a hairdryer, which is very inconvenient in winter. On the last day of my stay, the cleaner knocked on my door at 10:30 a.m., even though checkout was at 12:00. Because he didn’t speak English, he used hand gestures to tell me to leave, which was very rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend this hotel at all — it doesn’t even deserve two stars, and the staff have no respect for guests.
