Check-in was smooth. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Well-equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

The area and staff were great! Check-in instructions were clear and easy. The only issue was the noise — even with closed windows and doors, we could still hear it from outside. I’d have liked some healthier breakfast options, but that’s just my personal preference. Overall, the experience was great — grazie!

Reception staff were lovely, room was clean and comfortable and within walking distance to everything.
Be wary though that even though the property states it’s air conditioned, you are not able to use the air conditioning - they take the remotes away when they don’t believe it is hot enough to require air con.
We also had the canal view room, it’s very pretty but it’s also where the garbage boats dock to collect rubbish in the area so from about 6.30am - it becomes quite loud.

This place is an absolute gem. Location is fantastic. Just a couple minute walk to St Marks square and Rialto bridge. Very spacious, clean, well appointed unit. Would absolutely recommend.
