We always stay here when we go to the Uk and don’t want to do the trip in one go. Near the port, clean, friendly staff, free parking and near a supermarket and a few simple restaurants/take aways. It’s all you need for an overnighter.

The room perfect TV and en-suite shower and toilet cannot ask for more the night staff receptionist very nice and kind and also the morning receptionist.my only issue is the noise in the morning I think you could hear the vacuum cleaner across the street but also delivery trucks arriving very early very noisy. Breakfast good if you have a sweet tooth which I don’t limited choice not value for money even €6

It's just 5 minutes drive from the Dunkirk DFDS port. I arrived very later 0200 and needed to sleep asap. The only downside was that the car park was too small.

I stayed here a few years as it was terrible. Out of necessity I found myself booking here again for the ferry and with the new photos presumed it had finally undergone some sort of much needed renovation - it hadn’t, it had just got worse. The photos on the website are clearly of somewhere else. The squalid rooms are too small to accommodate the bed, which looks like it was supplied from an army barracks, and you can either open the room door or the bathroom door but not both as they hit the bed. The ceiling was covered in dead mosquitos and the room stank of stale tobacco smoke and hadn’t been aired. The bathroom was the Premiere Classes pod but felt a lot smaller than usual and the shower head bracket was broken so it had to be held, after squeezing your way in through the door that could not be fully opened because of the door. The lino and walls were damaged and dirty throughout and there were only 2 sockets at the room, one of which involved dangling whatever you were charging from the wall. The narrow hallways echoed whatever noise was being made into all the rooms and the car park was small and insufficient for the number of rooms. It is a disgraceful hotel and typical of the worst of Louvre Hotels Group offering across Europe. Being located near the ferry terminal in no-man’s land, your only neighbours are the migrant camps in the dunes, it is guaranteed customers, along with the images of rooms from other hotels - a dreadful and disgraceful hotel that should avoided if possible - unfortunately the other Premiere Classe ‘camps’ in Dunkirk are only marginally better so I’d recommend joining the migrants in the dunes for better hospitality and conditions that Louvre offer.
