Excellent location. It's not a hotel but appartment. Convenient, cleal and good place to stay. Two big beds can accommodate 4 adults.

Agoda apparently not for the time did not give the tlroom code. Luckily we arrived when the cleaner was on site to let us in ans share the room code.
We rang the owner and he replied once by phone and once by text. We may have a problem if the cleaner was on site at the time qe arrived.

The room is spacious and even with a fully functioned kitchen. The location is good for those travel from or to Haymarket stations but not best to the city center. As for service, a little disappointed. I didn’t get the door code after checkin time. I have to call to get one, as well as the wifi code, another call. Anyway, it’s still a recommendation during the festival season.

Lovely clean big rooms however the service needs improvement. They said they’ll email the check in codes but we had to call to follow up on them. The rooms had no information re:
Check out or wifi. We had to call again for this. The wifi did not work, we call again about this but after 4-5 calls, there was no response. The rooms are also up a set of stairs, so be warned about that, even if you are on fhe ground floor
