About this apartment rental
This apartment has been completely renovated andequipped with every comfort while respecting the atmosphere of the typical bolognese the early '900. Despite being on the ground floor is very bright. The entry is completely indipendent. Security is guaranteed by the grilles at each window adn the armored door. In the 30 mq. couryard in front of, you can eat comfortably and enjoy the beautiful season. It can confortably accomodate 6/7 people in a double room in which can add a folding bed, another smaller double room and a living room where there are 2 single beds. Located in a strategic area and very well served in the city, the airport has a few kilometers, the central station is just over 1 km., as well as the motor-way exit (n.6) and the historical center. The Fair is 1,5 km.far. Everything is easily reachable by bus passing frequently (the stop is just a few meters), or by bicycle (I have 2 that I put at disposal and others can be rented). Nearly there are all kinds of shops, restaurants, pizza, take away, supermarket. Right in front we have a bank and a call center. At 50 meters there is a race-course with restaurant and lounge Bingo. At few meters ther's a park with a free dogs area. The charges may be discounted in relation to the lenght of stay, if it does not coincide with periods of high demand.

The property has all you need to enjoy the stay. Not too far from main train station and well connected with Buses. Host is available if anything is needed and was flexible for check in. Recommend

We loved our week in Bologna! Stefania is very warm and friendly. She always had the time for a smalltalk, was ready to help and her recommendations were super! The apartment is simple but comfortable, especially the beds. It‘s in a nice area, close to the city and with a good bus connections.

Pensamos que la casa era mas luminosa,nos resulto oscura,y falta de limpieza en la cocina como la campana y en techos y radiadores donde habia muchas telas de araña.Por otro lado la propietaria muy amable.
