Cozy and modern two-room apartment on the first floor in a quiet side street just outside the city center.
The apartment opens onto a corridor and from here you can immediately access the living room.
In the living room there is a single and a half sofa bed, a comfortable table for 4 people and a modern kitchen equipped with 4 burners, a large refrigerator with freezer, oven and storage furniture.
The television is placed on a piece of furniture on the opposite side of the kitchen.
The living room is illuminated by a large French window which leads to a decent sized balcony.
The bedroom also overlooks the balcony and is therefore also very bright and spacious: in addition to the bed, there is space for a large wardrobe with 6 doors and a chest of drawers on which a second TV rests.
Finally, the modern and functional bathroom has a shower, a cabinet with sink, washing machine and obviously a toilet and bidet.

Loved the neighborhood, family friendly, great for walking to local amenities. Centrally located between Bologna city and outskirts. Very walkable neighborhood with local restaurants nearby. Fairly easy public parking.
