The check-in staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was quite expansive with made to order omelets. Beds were very comfortable. Would stay here again!

Staff are so friendly and helpful. Second time ststing and would be hapoy to come again. The quiet and tranquil atmosphere is just what you wa t after a day around the city.

Hotel was spotless, staff were amazing and accommodating to every need, location was perfect. Bed was super comfortable with a nice range of pillows. Restaurant was visually appealing, food was delicious although we never had breakfast, only dinner. Really appreciated FREE e-bike rental to explore the city. Organised taxi for us to airport, with pick up on time and outside the front door. Decor in the hotel was sublime.

Great location and easy to get around historic Bologna. The check in team was great with many recommendations that we followed and exceeded our expectations of what we experienced in Bologna.
The breakfast was excellent and the team serving us was attentive and friendly.
This is a great hotel with lots of history.
