Sadly, yet another hotel being run into the ground by foreign managers. Frayed sheets, pathetic internet, worn furnishings, no hot water. All the usual problems of people with low standards in charge of once nice properties. Unless you get a room for cheap, skip it. AJ Singh is the GM. He can contact me to talk, but I truly doubt he or staff actually care. Sad to see this all across America. :( We just came from Japan and hotels are spotless, affordable, friendly. The way it once was in the U.S.

We stay 1 night. There is few bildings in this hotel. Location is very good. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Room was spacious. Bed and pillows very comfortable. TV is big and maunted on the wall. Hotel provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. All what you need. Brekfast was the best we ever have compare to some other hotels we stayed in Bellingham. Overall, it was very pleasant stay.

Hotel has several stand along buildings and we were in C building. Rooms were nicer than expected, hard floor (no carpet) was a plus, felt and smelled clean. Front desk staff was accommodating when our TV wasn't functioning, and moved into room next door - even though the room wasn't identical, it was fine. Breakfast area was vast, basement of same building, with some hot food options - a step up from many that only serve prepackaged cold items. Keurig coffee maker in room, though we avoid it due to plastic waste but is convenient/better than more coffee makers in discount hotels. Overall positive experience, would stay again if need arises.

Arrived checked in at 2:00pm. It was only after we checked did we find out that there was no one cableon the television. Did the office decide at the front desk, not mention anything as she took my credit card and secured the payment of course she did. So we entered the room, found out no television, and the first thing you saw in the garbage bin beside the bed was a used Q-tip and crumbs everywhere because the place was not properly vacuumed. There were stains on the curtains and on the chair as clearly pictured. The complementary breakfast in the morning had ration out food. It was very anything. The waffle maker ingredients were thinned out and so watery you couldn’t even use it. We were misled from the very beginning to secure our credit card. Do not trust this place.We will never stay at this hotel ever again.
