    Apparently being a Wyndham Diamond Member and a repeat “Guest” of this hotel doesn’t have any benefit whatsoever. As a Diamond member with hundreds of hotel stays, this is the most unprofessional and hostile property I have ever encountered, specifically due to three morning-shift liabilities. My stay was defined by a blatant disregard for guest rights and a lack of even the most basic hospitality. • Staff Misconduct: I requested a reasonable accommodation for a documented disability, which I have requested during stays in past months. The front desk clerk’s response was to smirk and scroll on his personal phone while stating, "I don't care,” and “I don’t want to talk about this.” Then ask me, “what do you want?” Then when I answered, he ignored me. This behavior was recorded and will be shown to a Civil Rights Attorney as evidence of an Unruh Civil Rights Act violation. • Room Quality: Room *** looked like it hadn’t been mopped in months. There was urine on the toilet seat, animal urine on the floor by the armchair, and thick layers of dust, dander, and mold on the PTAC (Packaged Thermal Air Conditioner) vents/plastic cover. The floors were so filthy a towel came back black after I foot-mopped it in entirety myself. The mini fridge had a separate freezer compartment which is great, but the fridge made one of my Sprites freeze and exploded all over my food and leaked onto the floor. • Malicious Retaliation: The level of unprofessionalism exhibited by the Housekeeping Supervisor, Latasha, and the Front Desk Clerk was egregious. I would name him by name, but he refused to tell me when I asked! That’s a level of ridiculous unprofessionalism exhibited , like a child . After I informed the clerk he would be held legally liable for violating my civil rights, he must have cried to the Supervisor (Latasha) who claimed to have watched the security footage and fabricated a blatant lie that I made a "violent threat" against the clerk and was going to call the Police on me. I have my own video evidence proving I told the clerk he would be SUED—not the word that they fabricated to justify a "Do Not Rent" status against me. Again, I’ve stayed there over 20 nights since June 2025 thru December 2025. This property is a massive legal liability for the Wyndham brand. The use of false accusations to cover for a lack of basic hospitality and to retaliate against a loyal member is unacceptable. I will be escalating this to Wyndham Corporate and contacting a Civil Rights Attorney. If this hotel has any interest in self-preservation, they would address these liabilities immediately—including the disgruntled staff member who pounds on your door, carrying her clipboard around checkout time. The rest of the staff are great, highlighting Tyler and Anna! It’s just too bad that these three individuals are so destructive. Other guests report similar behavior; this is not an isolated event. Your DNR means nothing. The La Quinta Inn and Suites North will never get a single dollar of mine as long as those three are still ruining the experience. One more thing. The worst part, my stay took place over Christmas Holiday, December 24, 25, and 26th. Even worse, this happened on my Mother’s Birthday! No one should have to spend $*** and their Christmas Memories and Mothers Birthday be covered in this negative experience. Hold these individuals accountable! Do not let them treat a single guest bad ever again!
