- la vue du logement sur la mer - la proximité de la plage - le tramway à proximité - un logement bien équipé et bien aménagé, d'une surface convenable, parfait pour 3 ou 4 personnes. - la proximité de Bruges
- l'absence de matériel de tri sélectif dans l'appartement et dans la résidence. - l'absence de porte pour l'espace enfant ( bon à connaître au préalable pour éviter toute mauvaise surprise).
