The room is large and very well decorated. In an excellent location especially for the train station. There is also a nice Armenian restaurant near by. Very comfortable lovely bathroom.and breakfast included very nice host. Very clean.
I didn't realise that it's a very late check in. 1930. So make sure you note that. I was all ready to give a bad review but couldn't because the room was great.. No.plug for the bath. There are stairs.it is a shared toilet but your own bathroom en suite. The person in the other room was thoughtful and hygienic so.not really an issue.

The host was welcoming and very kind. The room was very large in a heritage building. Very close to the train station for ease of transport
We are from a different country and lifestyle, but very open to our accommodation and the way they live. We have never stayed in a property other than a hotel, so to have a host that was very kind and generous was truly appreciated. Thank you.

double room is advertised as having a patio: This is simply not true. Toilet is not en-suite. It was very cold because heating was not turned on because host wants to save money
