Villa for 1 family with private pool in the vicinity of Aix-en-Provence and near the Luberon, in the heart of the vineyards.
Very comfortable house including:
On the ground floor: large bright living room with terrace, kitchen, individual WC. [office with sofa bed (140) generally condemned]
upstairs: master bedroom with 1 large double bed (160), a bedroom with 1 double bed (140), a children's bedroom with a bed (90) and an extra bed (90). and a bathroom with Italian shower and bathtub.

Flat screen TV, internet access, washing machine, dryer, oven, dishwasher, stove (ceramic), microwave, nespresso machine, fridge / freezer, iron ...
Well-kept garden with terraces, gas barbecue, swimming pool, deckchairs, pétanque pitch, swing, table tennis table ...
Situation: the house is quietly located within walking distance of the center of the village of Rognes, a small village 20 minutes from Aix-en-Provence.
Visit to Provencal villages, Provencal markets, Marseille and the Mediterranean Sea, Cassis, Avignon, St. Rémy de Provence, Arles ... Well located for a pleasant discovery of Provence!

Maison très agréable, confortable et très propre. La piscine est parfaite pour piquer une tête dans l'eau après les journées consacrées aux visites culturelles. Le village conjugue calme parfait et petite activité commerçante qui contribue à se sentir au coeur d'une provence pleine de vie. Les propriétaires sont charmants. Des vacances parfaites.

Dès les premiers échanges, la communication a été facile avec Sandrine et Silvio. Ils nous ont chaleureusement accueillis dans leur ravissante maison et nous ont donné beaucoup d'informations et de conseils pour nos futures visites. La maison est très jolie, tout à fait conforme aux photos, d'une propreté irréprochable, les literies sont confortables, la piscine est très agréable. Le quartier est calme. Le petit village de Rognes est charmant et offre toutes les commodités, il est idéalement situé pour visiter le Luberon, les Alpilles et toute la Provence. Bonne surprise: des nuits fraîches car le village est légèrement en altitude. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine avec notre fille et avons été ravis de rencontrer ce couple très sympathique. Si nous retournons en Provence nous reviendrons sans l'ombre d'une hésitation.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans la propriété de Sandrine et Silvio. La maison est très belle, tout comme les aménagements tant extérieurs qu'intérieurs (les photos ne mentent pas). Sandrine et Silvio étaient charmants et très accueillants (un bocal d'olive du jardin, un pot de confiture de figues du jardin, une bouteille de rosé de la coopérative locale, des conseils sur les activités à faire dans la région et bien d'autres choses).
Nous avons particulièrement appréciés les jeux d'extérieurs (pétanque, table de ping pong, jeux pour la piscine). Nos enfants étaient ravis. Quant au village de Rognes, il est juste magnifique : une biscuiterie-boulangerie avec des spécialités locales à découvrir, une boucherie bio, une épicerie bio… tout était parfait!
Nous réserverons à nouveau cette location pour retourner dans la région.
