The apartment is generally good. On the first night there was an issue with a smell coming from the restaurant downstairs, but the next day we were able to change to another apartment without any problems, and that one was completely fine. The owner is very polite and easy to communicate with, and everything went smoothly. Overall, a solid stay and a positive experience.
For the same price we stayed in another apartment a week earlier that included a garage and was maintained to a more professional standard. Here, the maintenance feels somewhat semi-professional

First need to say that I booked apartment and was surprised when enter to apartment as was not like on the photos. Host explain that during my booking also big group of Chinese people booked and he gave this apartment, this was explained later after my question why this apartment but not like on booking, anyway for me was ok. Very close to shopping mall, lot of restaurants and bars, parking lots, wide street
I did not like as was not explained by message that i will not stay in apartment what I booked by booking. I did not like as not hot water when I arrived, need to switch on boiler and wait some time, also was tricky to switch on tv receiver as button for switch on/of was broken but managed after.
