The location was where we needed it and had a lot of facilities like shops and restaurants nearby. The communication with the host was fast.
I reserved the apartment based on the pictures and the location. We had a kind of auto check in with the help of the host because it was a bit complicated to find since in the neighborhood they had two buildings with the same number. The problem was that when we entered the apartment is was not the one in the pictures. The owner didn't informed us about this change that from a host perspective is totally unacceptable. The apartment was ok for two people but with a lot of problems. Tv remote didn't work, one roller blinder in the living area was broke, shower doors didn't close properly and shower plate was loosing water from below making the toilet soak if we had a shower and didn't put some carpet to stop it which there was not. For both night the upstairs neighbors started to shout from 3 am untill at least 7 am making it impossible to sleep. I asked the owner after all this problems to have a late check out and she asked me for further money which is totally not ok since in the apartment i booked through booking she had a host who overstayed and could move him or her to this apartment since we reserved more then two weeks in advance. I am totally disappointed from this experience.
