La posizione, gli spazi interni ed esterni

A 100 metri dalla porta di accesso al borgo antico di San Felice Circeo, la struttura si presenta con una vista mozzafiato e un giardino cintato curatissimo (molto apprezzato anche dal nostro cane). Ovunque si alternano terrazze attrezzate con sdraio e lettini che si affacciano sul golfo.
La casa è arredata con gusto e offre un ottimo livello di comfort; è tutto molto curato e si vede l'attenzione dei proprietari che vivono nella villa accanto. Elenita e sua madre sono disponibili, sempre cordiali e discrete.
Cucina completa adiacente alla zona pranzo, due bagni, uno dei quali a servizio della camera da letto padronale che si affaccia su una terrazza vista mare. Completano la casa altre due camere da letto e un salotto con un camino in muratura funzionante che ha contribuito a rendere ancora più piacevole il nostro soggiorno a Capodanno.
Si parcheggia facilmente sotto casa oppure nel posto auto interno riservato.

The place is fantastic! The house is a joy of light and views over a large beautiful bay below, and everything reminds one of the proximity of the sea. The beds were very comfortable, the house and garden well equipped (we could even eat outside in late March and gaze at the sea). And its location a few steps away from the pretty old town of Circeo meant that we could go out on foot for a good meal or some shopping. Last, but definitely not least, our host went out of her way to make our stay very easy and enjoyable. Thank you very much Elenita!
