The orchard is a structure of 4 apartments in villa, recently renovated and with a panoramic view of the Gulf of Pozzuoli from which you can admire the islands of Nisida, Procida and Ischia; the promontory of Capo Miseno and the colors of the sunset.
Although located in the urban area of the city of Naples, in via Michelangelo da Caravaggio, the apartments enjoy an excellent tranquility being immersed in the green of the front garden where there are orange trees, manadarini, loquat clementines and olives; at the entrance there is a maritime pine of the second half of the last century.
Our location is ideal for those wishing to enjoy the natural and artistic beauties of the city of Naples and for those who want to explore the Campi Flegrei, all without sacrificing the relaxation and tranquility of the green of the citrus grove.
Each apartment has been designed to allow guests to feel "at home" and has its own private outdoor space where you can sunbathe, have lunch and, on request, make a barbecue.
The Lemon apartment is a one bedroom apartment of about 40 square meters which can accommodate up to 4 people. The interior is characterized by: entrance hall, bright living room with kitchen dining table and sofa bed; double room from which you enter the bathroom with shower. The outer pertineza consists of a terrace of about 70 square meters in the center of which there is a maritime pine over 50 years

Alles wie beschrieben, sehr sauber. Optimale Lage. Der Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei der Ankunft ein Korb mit alles was man zum Frühstück braucht. Handtücher wurden auch gewechselt. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur jedem empfehlen. Von der Terrasse ein traumhafter Ausblick.
Ein Sonnenschirm wäre nicht schlecht gewesen :-)

Wir wohnten zu zweit in einer 2-Zi.-Whg., beste Lage Neapels! Hoch über der Stadt, mit Blick über Neapel, den Golf, die Inseln Procida und Ischia....von unserer 70qm grossen Terrasse!
Und obwohl trotzdem mitten in der Stadt, eine herrliche Ruhe! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, liebevoll dekoriert, auch im Bad fehlte es einem an nichts, unglaublich. Wie ein 5🌟Hotel! Vermieter ( insgesamt 4 Appartements!) wohnt ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück, hat seine Gäste aber immer "in Ruhe gelassen". War praktisch so gut wie gar nicht anwesend. Trotzdem bei kleinen Problemchen oder einfach mal für Fragen zu z.B. Tagestouren über das Haustelefon verfügbar. Also, ein rundum Sorglospaket, Vemieter super freundlich. Verständigung auf englisch super! Sehr gepflegte Gartenanlage mit Mandarinen-/Orangenbäumen...paradiesisch!
Wir kommen definitiv wieder!!! Eine unvergessliche Woche. Waren mit einem Mietwagen unterwegs, in Neapel eine echte Herausforderung, aber irgendwie hatten wir herrlichen Spaß dabei...Verkehrschaos mit System...👌😎😂😂😂

Appartement avec vue sur une partie de la baie de Naples, notamment sur Posilippo, et le stade de San Paolo (pour les amateurs de foot). La terrasse est vaste, mais chauffée par les rayons du soleil du mois d'août on ne peut pas en profiter pleinement, et la climatisation de l'appartement est bien tentante. L'ensemble est fraichement rénové, très propre, de la salle d'eau à la cuisine, en passant pas la chambre et le salon. A savoir : les Italiens semblent ne pas connaître le micro ondes, donc prévoir à l'avance son type de cuisine. Gianfranco habite sur place, il est donc facilement disponible pour toute aide ou renseignement. Son parking en plein air mais fermé, payant en supplément, est situé à une petite centaine de mètres du logement. Celui-ci est à environ 1km du "métro/RER" qui conduit en 5/6mn au centre historique de Naples (via Toledo) : en face de la station, parking auto à quelques euros la journée (permet de laisser sa voiture sans crainte, et visiter la ville).
Vraiment seul petit bémol : pas de classeur dans l'appartement, regroupant des renseignements sur les sites à visiter, les sites remarquables de Naples, les restaurants à conseiller, les meilleurs moyens de locomotion, les horaires de ferries pour les îles, etc.
