Casa Pino, which has been completely renovated, is located in the Miramare building, in a private park with day and night guard service, at the end of Via Tasso. Casa Pino, which also has a private parking space in the condominium driveway, consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room-kitchen, a full bathroom and a service bathroom. A balcony with a partial view of the Gulf of Naples serves all the rooms of the house.
The Miramare building, which dates back to the mid-1950s, has 2 floors below street level and 3 above street level. Casa Pino is exactly at street level, and there are only 2 steps to enter the building, after which, next to the stairs, is the entrance door to the flat.
Casa Pino has a good distribution of interior spaces: once inside, you enter a small corridor, which leads to the living area, where there is a wooden table for six people and to the right a wall of equipment of about 3 metres, with marble countertop, two-bowl sink, drip tray, refrigerator and electric oven, stainless steel hob with 4 burners, cupboards and chest of drawers. At the end of the corridor is the service bathroom, equipped with a small washbasin, toilet and bidet shower. A door separates the living area from the sleeping area.
