Casa Rosabella is situated in Italy near the cosmopolitan Swiss city of Lugano, which is just a 15-20 minute’s drive away. It is ideally suited for guests who wish to explore the attractions on both Lake Como and Lake Lugano, as Lake Como is a 30 minute panoramic drive away, accessible by car or bus.
Casa Rosabella is a renovated home of 70 square meters (750 square feet) on two floors. The house has all modern comforts yet retains aspects of its original antique charm with touches like the floor of 'cotto antico'.
The upper floor is open plan, with a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining area seating 6, and living area with a sofa, armchair, wifi internet connection and flat screen TV with satellite. The sofa can also be adapted to a very comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, if required. The ground floor consists of a spacious bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, and a modern bathroom with shower. There is also a garden area where one can relax outdoors or eat while enjoying the view of the lake, and the pre-alps with lush vegetation. Free public parking is available a short walk away. The house is very sunny and boasts an incredible lake view.

Molly and Giovanni are the best hosts we have ever experienced. They live hospitality and are always available with advices and tips and also uplifting conversations. The apartment - located in an old village center - is modern and furnished with everything, the view of the lake is great, and the small garden invites you to relax. You can be in Lugano or hiking in the mountains in 10 minutes by car.

Well kept and equipped house with lovely garden for bbqs’s and relaxing in the evenings. Hosts Molly and Giovanni are very friendly and helpful.

Die Anreise war sehr gut vorbereitet wir haben die Ferienwohnung sofort gefunden, die Lage mit dem Blick auf den Luganer See wirklich sehenswert. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Photos dargestellt, aber über der Ferienwohnung (auf den Photos nicht sichtbar)ist noch ein Stockwerk mit einem Wohnzimmer vom Nachbarhaus, da kann es laut werden. Die Wohnung riecht ausserdem im Untergeschoss muffig und nach Rauch. Wir haben die Vermieter beim einchecken getroffen, da wollten wir mit Ihnen gleich die Formalitäten erledigen, es fällt eine Tax an die sollte noch bezahlt werden, aber sie hatten keine Zeit. Sie meinten nächste Woche ist ausreichend, für uns ok. Am nächsten Tag haben sie uns dreimal per WhatsApp angeschrieben sie brauchen dringend die Unterlagen. Da wir unterwegs waren und Programm geplant hatten kam es sehr ungelegen. Am nächsten Morgen haben sie in der Früh geklingelt und wollten alles erledigen. Wir haben uns dadurch gestört gefühlt.
