The property enjoys a sunny terrace with views across the rooftops to the mountains beyond. Furnished with a dining table and four chairs. this is the ideal spot for leisurely lunches or family dinners.
Opening directly onto the terrace through floor-to-ceiling, glass sliding doors, the contemporary, open-plan living space incorporates both the kitchen and dining room. This area has been furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, a coffee table, a flat-screen HDTV and a dining table for four. The fully-fitted kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction hob, Nespresso machine, fridge and a breakfast bar with four stools.
