About this apartment rental
Bright, comfortable flat located in the heart of the historic centre of Saint-Malo and close to tourist attractions and shops.
COVID MEASURES: After each rental, the sanitary cleaning protocol is applied, the linen is washed at high temperature.
Short stay accepted outside school holidays and discounted fortnightly and monthly rates.
Decreasing rate for stays of 15 days and more. Please contact us.
ENVIRONMENT :
Free parking space on one of the intramural car parks from Easter to October.
Located at 100 meters from the Saint Vincent gate.
Close to the beaches (5 min walk), shops (50 meters from a Carrefour Market) and activities.
Marine spa close to the location.
CONFIGURATION and EQUIPMENT :
Flat ideal for a family with children (has a cot and a baby chair, games and books).
Bathroom with Italian shower, separate toilet, both completely refurbished from the end of June 2021.
It has a beautiful living room of 40 m2 with double glazing, two very quiet bedrooms on the courtyard.
Separate modern style kitchen, fully equipped.
Free WIFI - TNT
Bed linen and towels provided.
Outside of the school period, 3 days minimum rental, ask for price
VMC air regenerator

Very much enjoyed our stay in Saint Malo. The apartment is in a brilliant position in the citadel and is nicely set up for guests. The beaches are very nice, there is a great range of shops and restaurants all within walking distance. If you are an English guest there are a couple of things to be aware of: Anne-Marie is lovely, but she doesn't speak English. This did not get in the way of arrangements, but be aware. If you are driving, Anne-Maire has a pass for the large underground Q Park where you can park for free for the week. This is great, but initially I wasn't sure how this worked. Anne-Marie let us know that she preferred guests to arrive before 5pm. This did not coincide with our ferry (to Caen) but she was flexible after we explained, and welcomed us at 6pm. You will have to walk any luggage to the apartment from the car park (5 min walk). This did not worry us, but if you are expecting everything in proximity, that is not how it works. Finally, the apartment is really in the middle of the busy area and there will be buskers and street performers in the summer, as well as the noise of tourists below the apartment. We loved this, but be aware. The bedrooms do not have external noise, these are nice and quiet. Overall this is a brilliant apartment in great location in an historic town which we loved. The walk around the ramparts is epic, and being in the middle of the town - you have immediate access to all the amenities. Loved it and would recommend it highly.

The apartment is very well situated for all that St Malo has to offer and is as described in the property information. Host was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

très bel appartement... situé au deuxième étage sans ascenseur - ceci n'est pas clairement identifié dans l'annonce. Au coeur de la ville et en même temps au calme! Que de belles nuits et que de belles soirées! Les deux chambres sont "en enfilade" avec une porte qui les sépare: pas de problème pour nous... Mais cette porte ne retient aucun des bruits produits et respirations fortes d'un des occupants.
Nous avons passé un beau séjour dans cet appartement tellement lumineux avec une cuisine qui nous a permis de profiter des beaux produits de la mer à cuisiner avec plaisir! La propriétaire de l'appartement nous a permis de moduler notre séjour avec bonheur!
