clean and tidy

There was a kitchen where you could cook/ make tea etc. On the table I found tea/coffee bags, milk and 2 cookies.
Good location: 20-25 minutes to the Lambeth bridge 30 min to the Palace of Westminster
Entrance foyer and staircase of the Building were not clean but the room was totally ok.
Only one WC shared with other 3 rooms.

There was a deadbolt on the front door which was locked by another guest, leaving us locked out of the flat at 10pm. Despite many calls to both numbers given to us we got no response or help from the owner or management. Eventually after 20 minutes of knocking on the door (and ringing the bell) another guest opened the door from the inside for us. This is quite a bad set-up for a place many people are staying and presumably could be avoided.
