Staff was lovely, picking up keys was easy. The location is near 4 express supermarkets and close to multiple train stations. It’s very walkable to many things.
When I was placed in a different room it was exactly what I hoped for for the price. Exactly as pictured and exactly as described. I barely saw any other guests and other than loud doors (they close hard) you hear nothing in your room. With the issue I mention in the cons, they sorted it out straight away and there were zero issues and staff are kind and welcoming.
The first room I was placed in was uninhabitable, not only was it mouldy and absolutely stunk of it, the floor in the bathroom and the entrance were literally warped and spongey from the mould. The fact they put a person in there is unacceptable and no amount of friendly attitude toward me could make up for knowing they were putting a paying customer into a room like that. On top of that, there were no sheets, towels, bedding, kitchen things as described in the ad. I had to email (I could have gone down to reception I’m sure, but I was concerned about confrontation which did not happen as they were lovely) to fix the situation and change rooms and they sorted it out to the correct room within an hour and were nothing but polite about it. But if they put you in room 507 within a reasonable amount of time from this posting, you should call to make sure the room has been fixed because it’s an actual health hazard and unacceptable condition, and I’m not exaggerating.

Immaculately clean, nice space, good location - short trip so didn't need to use the kitchen but looked equipped for basic meal prep and nice to have a fridge.
Be aware there's a gap between the window blinds right by the bed that lets light through which might bother some at night (didn't bother me), however it did also mean you can see out and presumably people outside can see in to the room too

La struttura è molto bella! La camera era bella e anche gli spazi dedicati agli studenti per divertirsi. Lo staff davvero super gentile e pronto a darti un soggiorno soddisfacente!
Avrei messo a disposizione il sapone per lavare i piatti. Purtroppo durante la notte c’erano rumori di lavori, ma la struttura non può farci nulla.

When I arrived (around 4pm, so during normal check-in times), my room had not been cleaned. I was told by the receptionist to call customer service to let them know about it. Afterwards, customer service called the reception to send in a cleaner. I went out for a walk and when I returned, the room had been cleaned. They reacted quickly and apologized, but I don’t understand how this could’ve happened and why it was my call to make.
Regarding the room - I thought I’d be using the fridge at first but it was too noisy, so I turned it off. On top of that, I had a direct view of the railway from my window, which passed underneath. I was on the 7th floor but it was very noisy nevertheless, up until late in the night, and then starting early in the morning. What made it worse was on some nights there was work being done on the railway (usually around 2am) which was very loud (it sounded like they were using chainsaws). I understand this is not the accommodation’s fault, but this made my sleep difficult.
Otherwise, the accommodation in itself was quiet and clean, and well located (save for the railway).
