The main floor comes furnished for comfortable group gatherings with an open layout offering plenty of room for everybody to spread out. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Property was well-situated, great location, and provided with necessities as well as amenities like barbecue and hot tubs. Everyone had an enjoyable time with enough space to spread out, but also a big enough space to come together. Only criticism is that things (stove, barbecue) could have been cleaner!

The three homes are basically the same - with the Fairhaven home having the least aesthetics. The bathroom and bedroom linens need to be replaced; the walls need to be wiped down - removing fingerprints, etc. There is a lot of space for large families; the backyard/spa is nice; the kitchen is fine; and parking is no problem.

Loved the location! The homes were clean but the appliances and toilets are archaic! Toilets constantly plugged up. Two of the ovens predated all of us and stovetops barely worked! Ovens were inconsistent in holding the set temperatures! The blinds are all broke and the bedrooms in the front of the house under the street lights never got dark!
The barbecues had food on them so we didn’t use them!
That being said, the houses have charm and with a bit of TLC would be prime! We will not return until the necessary updates are implemented!
We spent most of our time on the beach, which was our main purpose of the trip!
