The Everline Resort & Spa charges a daily resort fee of $50 plus tax (subject to change) for each room of your stay in order to provide services and amenities that enhance the guest experience. This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking.
Additional parking fees apply, if applicable:
Overnight Valet $65,
Overnight self-parkng $35,
Visitor Valet $40/hr,
Visitor Self parking $30/hr.

Due to snow conditions, ski-in/ski-out accessibility may not be available in the early/late season, and only when the Palisades Tahoe lift is operational.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Everline resort is a great place to vacation but the rooms can be costly. This room is at the Everline resort but it's a reduced price it's like a 2 star room with bare necessities. Hotel staff does not clean your room and there is no cleaning crew. Manager stays in communication with you to throughout the stay but nothing gets done. That's basically the problem with the whole resort. Seems like no resort staff member wants to do anything.. location is beautiful though

Easy access to the resort, but Squaw Creek resort is feeling and looking tired. Room was not that clean. Neighbors were loud. If you are looking for quiet and peaceful I recommend a house.
