As mentioned above, this building is in the midst of a major deck renovation project, with construction activity taking place Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. That means you can expect noise, dust, debris, and construction crews during those weekday hours. Decks are completely unusable at this time for safety reasons.
The upside? Nights and weekends are quiet, and if you're planning to be out hiking, biking, swimming, or exploring Tahoe during the day — this is your chance to score a seriously discounted stay. We’ve priced these units well below normal rates for guests who just need a comfy, convenient place to recharge between outdoor adventures.

Condominium #819 provides easy access to ski-in/ski-out resort fun, restaurants, and world-famous KT-22 nestled in historic Olympic Valley. It is easy to relax in style in this very spacious one bedroom condo with a fireplace. The spacious condo is 745 square feet.
The condominium includes an open living zone with a living room, dining table, and full kitchen. The living room has a sofa (with a queen sleeper), fireplace, and television. The open space is a wonderful place to gather and relax together. The dining table accommodates four people with extra seats at the breakfast bar. The walk-in kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, dishwasher, range and full oven.
The bedroom has a king bed, comfy chair to relax, dresser and large wall hanging television that makes for a great escape and relaxation zone.
The condominium also provides a washer dryer, and a balcony.
This condo has a few views from the balcony including valley view peaks, the Aerial Tram building, Palisades Tahoe Lodge courtyard, and Chamois après fun zone (sure to be hoppin’ in the winter!).
Palisades Tahoe Lodge provides guests with plenty of great HOA amenities including a seasonal swimming pool, health club, hot tubs (indoor and outdoor), steam room, sauna and tennis courts.

It was a really nice, clean place a little off of the beaten path in the summer but that’s how we like it. It was a really hot weekend and the only issue we had was they are having some problem with the balconies and we were not allowed to even open the door. I had chosen this unit for the balcony so I was pretty disappointed that we couldn’t use it and were not notified ahead of time about this issue. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

Excellent, friendly service from all staff. Great ski-in/ski-out location. Palisades Tahoe Lodge is a nice place to stay.
