Villa Huerta de las Rosas is a luxury farmhouse with history dating back to 1890, completely renovated in 2021 to combine its rustic charm with modern amenities. Located on a private plot of 1,300 m², this holiday villa with a private pool offers an ideal space to disconnect and enjoy with family or friends. The property stands out for its sunny outdoor pool, surrounded by gardens, a pergola with a table for outdoor dining and a covered area with a barbecue and support kitchen for unforgettable moments. The little ones have their own independent children's park, ensuring fun for everyone. The private and landscaped access provides a welcome of tranquillity, privacy and elegance.

Inside, the villa is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a reception area, a living room with a fireplace and Smart TV, an independent kitchen with dining area and a spacious full bathroom. On the upper floor, there are 5 bedrooms (3 with double beds and 2 with two single beds) and 2 bathrooms with shower, all air-conditioned and with double glazing for optimal thermal and acoustic insulation. Additionally, the villa offers free Wi-Fi throughout the accommodation and ample private parking, facilitating comfort and connectivity during your stay. It is located just 5 minutes by car from the centre of Alhaurín el Grande, allowing you to combine rural relaxation with proximity to services and activities.

The property is stunning, the location is amazing and handy for lots to do not too far away. This is a lovely home and ideal for a large family with all the home comforts to make for an enjoyable stay. Cubos were good at replying and keeping me informed before and after the holiday. The check in was smooth and the welcome was lovely by Alejandro and we felt at home right away. The pool is superb with a stunning elevated view and plenty of sunbeds. The outside dining, with handy second kitchen and large BBQ are brilliant, we ate outside every night and the addition of a 2nd large fridge freezer and second dish washer was most welcome. Mercadona will deliver from their website (not app) which is a life saver. The bus stops in both directions are right outside the gate and regular buses are cheap and not far to the towns either side which are both lovely. I highly recommend this home and I hope we can visit again in the future. (Make sure you visit Mijas its stunning)
The outside chairs in the dining area need replacing (It didn't spoil anything but they are fairly worn out)
The shades by the pool could be improved (Again didn't spoil anything but many days were hot so some members had to move around quite a bit)
Don't bother with Dia for delivery they couldn't find the place (same address as given to Mercadona), didnt call me and then said they couldn't try again for over a week. It took 2 weeks to get my money back so stick with Mercadona they were great.

Beautiful villa in gorgeous surroundings, clean, tidy and well presented. The only criticism we had was that the garden furniture was old and dated other than that we were very impressed.

The villa was lovely. The bedrooms were immaculate. The showers were fantastic with good water pressure. Lounge area clean and comfy. Terrace area and bbq also very good. Oranges were amazing. Overall really fantastic holiday.
Loungers by the pool were pretty old and tatty. The indoor spa pool could not really be used. The water was pretty thick with chlorine so couldn’t really be used.
One the first day an aircon unit leaked onto the Wi-Fi router and it took almost a full week to be repaired but that didn’t really impact our holiday. The kitchens had lots of utensils, plates, glasses etc but they could have been a little cleaner.
