About this apartment rental
300 m from the beach and next to the shops, markets and pine forest.. you will love it... The apartment is located in Marco Polo area (San Carlo Borromeo Street) the best part of the town. First sunny floor: there is the terrace where you can eat, the balcony where you can take the sun, a full equipped kitchen with 4 gas stoves , microwave amd oven. Two bedrooms: one has a double bed, and others 2 single beds are in the second bedroom. Also In the dining area there's a sofa bed. Cozy and really Silent!
You can reach the beach in less than 5 minutes walking, or if you prefear you can rent a Bike and enjoy all the Versilia Area.

Bowl of fruit was awaiting us, lovely .apartment which needs airconditioning.
Electrical problem which was sorted promptly by the owners son.

This flat is a lovely clean, cool and airy apartment with everything you need very nearby. We stayed for 7 weeks with a toddler and found it to have a very nice atmosphere from the moment we arrived. Couldn't ask for a better location in Viareggio. Lovely owners who we met at the start but otherwise left us to ourselves.
Nice period building. Sunny from balcony and shady rear terrace with table and chairs. Internet, TV, everything we needed in the kitchen. This area has a lot of nice little shops and is very close to the park and beach. Never a problem finding parking.

We had a pleasant vacation thanks also at the quality of the apartment and his nice location. It is located at walk distance from the sea, and the path to the sea is through a refreshing Mediterranean pinewood. The main facilities like Supermarket, pharmacy, Pizzeria, are at your fingertips. The apartment is very fresh inside, with exposure on two sides and with a balcony and nice terrace. The temperature inside the flat is always cool also despite a very high external temperature. The apartment was well furnished with all the necessary equipment. The negative points were, a fridge a little small, the absence of washing machine and top neighbors a bit noises. The owner is very friendly and always available to help in any situation. I would recommend it to my friends.

We stayed at this place while on holiday. Superb location, near the park, local shops and beach-mainly private. Serena was a lovely lady who meet us on arrival and showed around the place. We didn't meet Nick but he was very prompt on responding to e-mails.
The apartment was as described, clean and had everything you need for your stay. Lovely balcony where you can have meals and enjoy drinks in the evening.
The train station is only couple of minutes by bus and we managed to travel to Pisa (max 30 min),Lucca (max 30 min) and Florence ( max 2hours). There is a very nice park with lots of entertainment for the children, including ponies, different rides and cafes.
We really enjoyed our time in Italy and the accomodation was part of it.
