The apartment enjoys the same privileged position as its famous neighbor Grand Hotel Royal, a few meters away from the liveliness of the beach and the relaxation of the pine forest.

Equipped with a motorized retractable awning, deck chairs, sun loungers, a table, and a tap to cool off in the hottest moments, the terrace becomes an additional space of comfort and relaxation.
A very spacious private garage is included (1 parking space, maximum vehicle width 2 meters) and two touring bicycles with child seats.

We absolutely loved our stay in this incredible apartment with views that will remain in our memories forever! Everything we needed, and more, was readily available, and the Bozzetto sisters are the most wonderful hostesses we have had the opportunity to meet! Definitely a strong recommendation to anyone looking to stay by the beach in a perfect location!

The house is nice, with a beautiful terrace with view on the sea. 1 min from the beach. Owners are very nice and pleasant to deal with - recommended unless you can’t stand the warm…no air conditioning but ok ventilation
